Meet the Founder
She began her career as a call centre executive in a BPO, providing customer support to clients across the world. When she transitioned into training, she discovered her true passion — empowering people to communicate with clarity and confidence. That realization shaped her path forward and became the foundation of her journey as a learning professional.
Over the years, she has held diverse leadership roles, including Principal of a school and AVP–Client Relations at a startup, each experience deepening her understanding of human behavior, learning, and leadership.
With over 17 years of experience, Sheeba brings empathy, energy, and expertise into every program she delivers. Through Chrrizling, she continues to create transformative learning experiences that blend behavioral science, coaching, and practical skill-building — always rooted in her belief that growth begins when people feel seen, heard, and empowered.

We believe that every person is here for a purpose. However, the modern life with its fast-pace puts us on an autopilot mode making us sway from our purpose. We always want more than what we have and tend to seek validation and look for fulfilment outside of us. This makes us more anxious and feel empty. The best way to live a fulfilled life is by being the best version of ourselves.

As simple as it sounds, this is not easy. It takes determination and courage to connect with yourself by constantly distorting ourselves from false beliefs and distractions. The more you connect with yourself, the more you gravitate to what drives you which eventually leads to your true purpose in life. When you live a life that aligns with our purpose, you naturally transform into the best version of yourself.
